Job Title: CMA Days
Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Location: Kingman, KS, 67068
Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
- Providing nursing care to assigned residents under the direct supervision of the registered nurse (RN) or other assigned supervisors. Accepting delegations from the RN or supervisor to help meet the needs of the residents.
- Observing and communicating information to the RN in regards to the resident’s care planning.
- Performing care in accordance to the resident’s care plan and following policies and procedures of the organization.
- Assuring residents are given adequate assistance with personal and oral hygiene needs following facility’s policies and procedures.
- Documenting in the nursing assistant notes the care and treatment provided to the residents and the resident’s reactions to care provided.
- Being a team player that delivers excellent communication skills and eagerly accepts mentoring and teaching.
- Consistently work cooperatively with residents and all other facility staff.
