What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Driver position at Wheatland Village?
The Community Driver at Wheatland Village transports residents to/from offsite activities such as: shopping, doctor appointments, scenic drives, or other offsite events. The Community Driver ensures regular cleaning, maintenance, and daily inspection of community vehicles. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generations into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Must have flexible weekend and holiday availability for on-call
- Full-time 30-40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Must have a Valid driver's license.
- Two or more years of experience driving other, customer service, facility maintenance, or other related fields.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
