There is a full-time position open for a Swing Intermediate Supervisor. Under the direction of the DON, primary functions are to supervise, instruct and guide nursing personnel. Responsible for development and maintenance of Interdisciplinary Care Plans and Care Plan Conferences. Experience in Long Term Care preferred. May occasionally float into ED, OP, Acute or Skilled Units.
