Become part of the Transportation Revolution! We are looking for an experienced Safety and Compliance Manager for our Fort Collins, CO location.
Job Overview:
The Safety & Compliance ensures driver safety and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include conducting road tests, managing drug and alcohol testing, maintaining driver files, and providing safety coaching. The officer also runs safety meetings, tracks training, ensures contract compliance with the City of Fort Collins, and handles accident paperwork and other safety tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF A SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE:
- Conducting Driver Road Test.
- Performing Contract Road Audits.
- Ensuring compliance with drug and alcohol testing regulations.
- Maintaining driver file compliance.
- Providing weekly safety coaching to drivers.
- Leading Weekly Safety Communication / Meetings for Drivers
- Monitoring the training compliance of drivers and employees under contracts.
- Bi-Monthly Safety Meetings for Staff
- Collaborating with the MEM to ensure that we have proper driver coverage to meet the needs of our special accounts, as well as for our overall taxi operation.
- Monitoring emails, voicemails, etc and responding as needed.
- Conducting monthly Data Analysis for contract performance.
- Monitor compliance with contracts with City of Fort Collins, including Dial A Ride, Dial A Taxi, Foothills Gateway Shuttle, Fixed Bus Routes as well as any additional amendments to the contract.
- Gathers all paperwork for accidents, submits to Insurance Adjuster, save information for management to view
- Other job duties as needed in relations to safety & Compliance.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS OF A SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE:
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough and effective road tests and audits.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Experience in coaching and training personnel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
