We are seeking an experienced Fleet Safety Manager for our Fort Collins, CO location.
Job Overview
The Fleet Safety Manager ensures driver safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role includes conducting road tests, managing drug and alcohol testing programs, maintaining driver qualification files, and providing ongoing safety coaching. You will lead safety meetings, track training compliance, oversee contract obligations with the City of Fort Collins, and manage accident reporting and other safety-related tasks.

Essential Functions
- Conduct driver road tests and contract road audits
- Ensure compliance with drug and alcohol testing regulations
- Maintain driver file compliance
- Provide weekly safety coaching and lead driver safety meetings
- Monitor training compliance for drivers and staff
- Host bi-monthly safety meetings for internal staff
- Collaborate with operations to ensure proper driver coverage for special accounts and taxi operations
- Respond to emails, voicemails, and inquiries promptly
- Perform monthly data analysis for contract performance
- Monitor compliance with City of Fort Collins contracts (Dial-A-Ride, Dial-A-Taxi, Foothills Gateway Shuttle, Fixed Bus Routes, and amendments)
- Gather and submit accident paperwork to insurance adjusters and maintain records for management review
- Perform other safety and compliance duties as needed
Job Specifications

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
