We partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to improve efficiency, raise the bar on candidate quality, and support sustainable growth.As a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will:Own recruiting operations programs for our Engineering, Product, and Design teamsManage interview training programs, including scheduling and delivering trainings and maintaining training materialsOwn and scale our Quality of Hire programIdentify and drive operational improvements to ensure recruiting programs and processes are effective, efficient, and scalablePartner with the Technical Recruiting organization on a variety of initiatives, including:Developing and leading recruiting-focused projects for hiring teams and leadershipDriving cross-functional initiatives by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across recruiting and partner teamsLeverage data to define success metrics, evaluate program impact, and inform strategic decisionsContribute to other business-critical recruiting initiatives as neededWe offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection.
