Coin Preparation Associate
Full-time or Part-time | $16/hour
We're looking for a detail-oriented Coin Preparation Associate to help prep coin inventory for our online sales operation. This role is a great fit for someone who's naturally organized, doesn't mind repetitive hands-on work, and takes pride in getting small details right. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available.
What you'll do:
- Sort and inspect coins for condition and type
- Place coins into 2x2 cardboard holders accurately and efficiently
- Flip/seal holders and organize completed batches by set or category
- Maintain a consistent, steady pace to keep up with inventory flow
- Keep your workstation organized and report any damaged or questionable coins
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail — no rushing past a bent holder or misfiled coin
- Comfortable doing repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to commit to your scheduled shifts
- No experience with coins required — we'll train you on grading basics and handling
- Bonus if you have any background in collectibles, retail fulfillment, or warehouse prep work
