About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive / Account Manager to join our high-performing San Jose team. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving both net new acquisition and expansion growth within strategic and large enterprise accounts across North America.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, craft tailored solutions, and drive measurable business impact through Whatfix’s digital adoption suite.
This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with our Co-founder and CRO, shaping the next phase of Whatfix’s growth in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through net new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closure.
- Prospect and engage new stakeholders within target accounts; expand existing relationships across multiple lines of business and global subsidiaries.
- Lead executive conversations and value engineering discussions to articulate ROI and business impact of Whatfix solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and CXO stakeholders.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date CRM hygiene, pipeline health, and forecasting discipline.
- Represent Whatfix with professionalism, strategic insight, and a customer-first mindset at every interaction.
What You Bring
- 6–10 years of SaaS enterprise sales or account management experience, ideally with exposure to Fortune 500or large global accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, driving $50K–$500K ARR deals.
- Strong experience selling into business and IT buyers across CRM, HR, L&D, Procurement, and Digital Transformation functions.
- A hybrid hunter-farmer mindset—adept at both opening new doors and growing existing partnerships.
- Consultative selling and business value–based approach with strong executive presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
