QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred; associate’s degree or equivalent experience acceptable.

· 5 years’ experience in restaurant, food service, or multi-site facility maintenance supervision/management

· Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record, and a satisfactory background check are required

· EPA 608 Universal and OSHA 30 certifications required; FMP/PMP preferred.

· Maintain accountability for 95% facility uptime across all assigned restaurants including equipment, building systems, and grounds.

· Oversee all facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, building systems, and grounds.

· Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to meet regulatory and manufacturer standards.

· Conduct facility assessments, identify capital needs, and recommend equipment or facility upgrades.

· Deliver training on technical skills, safety, and professional development.

· Manage vendor relationships for landscaping, waste, utilities, and emergency services.

· Ensure compliance with health codes, building regulations, environmental and ADA standards, and brand requirements.

· Lead emergency response planning and after-hours support.

· Analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency and cost savings.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.
