Job Summary
We’re looking for motivated, fast, and reliable team members who thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy multitasking. You’ll rotate between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, helping us meet high demand while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
Work Hours
- Shifts typically range from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Availability on weekdays is strongly preferred
- Weekend shifts may also be required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and handle payments as cashier
- Prepare drinks and crepes to standard recipes
- Perform prep work (cutting fruit, restocking, batching ingredients)
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, and equipment
- Take out trash and assist in closing/opening duties
- Lift boxes and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Work as a team to keep operations smooth and timely
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Must be a team player with a positive, friendly attitude
- Must have or obtain a valid food handler’s card
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Preferred but Not Required
- Weekday availability
- Experience in boba shop, café, or fast food environments
- Bilingual skills (English other languages)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
