Freezer Warehouse Associate – Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Freezer Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and moving products in a fast-paced freezer environment while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Work in freezer temperatures below 0°F for extended periods.
• Perform physically demanding work for shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull cases weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Use RF scanning equipment to accurately pick, track, and verify inventory.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory movement, staging, and storage as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in temperatures below 0°F for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to safely handle products weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred.
• Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) required or preferred.
• Stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in cold storage and freezer environments for the majority of the shift.
