- Responsible for assisting the Superintendent in managing field personnel with the install, implementation and testing of low voltage systems.
- Skilled in fostering and maintaining morale, fostering an environment of strong team spirit, and strong ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with tasks related to job startup and mobilization and ensuring clear delineation of managerial and administrative responsibilities within the project team
- Ability to develop effective presentations and project-specific write-ups for qualification packages
- Interdepartmental collaborations and cross-functionality
- Fluent with computer-based CPM scheduling programs, construction management software, and Microsoft Office Products are essential for success in this role.
- Proven success in completing multimillion-dollar projects, with a minimum of five years’ experience as a leader and team player in engineering, construction, or related field.
