Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns.
- Explain repair process, cost, and recommended service clearly and professionally.
- Upsell additional services by highlighting benefits that meet the customer's needs.
- Prepare detailed auto estimates and service write-ups using dealership management software and sending the multi point video inspection and digital menu to the client.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services. Excellent phone skills are of extreme importance.
Requirements
- Fixed operations or franchise dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to clients using our digital video platform.
- Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining integrity and transparency.
- Knowledge of automotive service writing software and estimating tools is a plus.
- Must be a team player with high character and professional communication skills.
