Commission-based Compensation (Uncapped)20% commission on one-time projects 10% commission on recurring maintenance contracts We run background checks on all employees What You'll Do:Secure commercial pressure washing & maintenance contracts Work with property managers, HOAs, and commercial decision-makers Build recurring monthly & quarterly service agreements Responsibilities:Work closely with OwnerManage and schedule walkthroughs & quotes Collaborate to determine best contractual obligations with clients Manage your own pipelineSales meetings: Strategy Huddle & Pipeline progress ​Qualifications:Experience in property services, facilities maintenance, construction, janitorial, or pressure washing sales is a plus.
