Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Lead and manage HR projects, including developing project plans, preparing leadership dashboards, and supporting enterprise HR programs.
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Provide leadership coaching and support to managers, fostering talent development and performance management.
- Standardize HR processes across multiple sites to ensure consistency and compliance.
