Patient Care/Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines patient experience, office support, and marketing.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and creativity. One day you may be creating social media content, coordinating a marketing initiative, the next day you may be helping support the front office team, communicating with patients, or assisting with special projects that help our practice grow.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
• Assist with social media content creation, photography, video, and posting
• Help execute marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
• Coordinate with outside marketing vendors and partners
• Assist with website updates, online presence, and reputation management
• Generate creative ideas for patient engagement and practice growth
Patient Experience & Office Support –BE NIMBLE
• Support front office operations as needed
• Assist with patient communication via phone, text, and email
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional patient experience, and insurance verification
• Support scheduling, administrative tasks, and team initiatives when necessary
What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding
• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Canva, social media platforms, photography, or content creation is preferred
• Dental experience is a plus but not required
• Marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus
