Compensation
Solo Drivers:
- Dry Van & Reefer - $0.70–$0.75 CPM
- Flatbed - $0.85 CPM
- 3,000–3,500 miles weekly
- Average take-home pay ranges from $3000 to $3500
- 30% of gross (Dry Van & Flatbed)
- Average gross: $10,000–$13,000 per week
Team Drivers:
Pay rate varies based on experience (6 months to 2 years )
- 80-95 CPM
- 5,500–6,500 miles weekly
- 6 months of CDL-A OTR experience required
Experience
- 8 months CDL-A OTR experience (Dry Van & Flatbed)
- 12 months CDL-A OTR experience (Reefer)
Position Details:
OTR routes across all 48 states
Schedule: OTR only – typically 2–4 weeks out (depends on location)
Equipment: 2022–2026 Volvo, Freightliner, Mack, and Peterbilt – fully equipped and well maintained
Pay Schedule: Weekly (Friday or Monday)
