Summary:
WHA is seeking a talented and self-motivated Marketing Graphic Designer & Coordinator to join our collaborative and fast-paced marketing team. This multifaceted role supports both internal and external marketing efforts, producing visually compelling content that aligns with WHA’s brand and architectural expertise. The ideal candidate combines creative design skills with strong organizational abilities and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including project data sheets, client presentations, pitch decks, eblasts, blog graphics, and social media content.
- Collaborate with project teams to craft visual narratives for proposals and client-facing materials.
- Support internal communications, staff events, and firmwide initiatives with engaging design assets.
- Coordinate marketing efforts by managing content timelines, digital assets, and campaign deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong design portfolio with experience in layout, visual storytelling, and branding.
- Familiarity with architectural plans and terminology preferred; CAD or SketchUp a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
- Must have a high level of creativity.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-5 years’ work experience.
