POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a motivated, full-time, Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-6 years of experience in architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in learning and growing in all areas of the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work full-time, in-person at our Charlotte, NC office, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
- Assist in the development of architectural designs across all project phases, from concept to construction documentation.
- Utilize design software, including AutoCAD, 3D Revit/BIM, Photoshop, and InDesign, to produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools is essential.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and project goals are successfully achieved.
- Conduct research on materials, codes, and building systems to support project development.
- Assist marketing in the creation of proposals and presentations for current projects and project pursuits.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team setting.
