岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 协助办理员工入职、离职、人事档案、考勤等日常人事工作。
Assist with daily HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, and attendance records.
- 负责日常办公室行政事务,如文件整理、数据录入、会议安排等。
Handle daily office administration such as document filing, data entry, and meeting arrangements.
- 协助中美团队之间的信息沟通和对接,跟进相关事项的进度。
Support communication and coordination between China and US teams and follow up on related tasks.
- 完成上级交办的其他人事与行政相关工作。
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求 / Requirements
- 中英文沟通能力良好,可作为日常工作语言。
Good command of both Chinese and English for daily work communication.
- 熟练使用电脑,能够操作 Word、Excel 等基础办公软件。
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with Word, Excel, and other office software.
- 细心、负责、学习能力强,能适应节奏较快的工作环境。
Detail-oriented, responsible, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 接受在美大学生(学生签证)或应届毕业生。
Open to university students in the US (with valid student visa) or recent graduates.
