You will work active lawsuits in Maryland state and federal courts, concentrated in auto accident and premises liability matters. Discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, arbitration, trial. High-value cases may hit your desk from day one.
Two things set this seat apart. First, this is litigation only. You will not be chasing medical records or building demand packages. Second, we hand our paralegals real AI tools and expect them to use them. Drafting, research, document review.
Full-time, in-office at our Baltimore office.
Compensation: $33 - $38.50 hourly
