The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Back Counter Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal staff by accurately sourcing, organizing, and distributing parts. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, basic mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and service staff with locating and supplying required parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently
- Ensure the back counter area remains clean and wellorganized
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Support front counter or retail operations when required
