Fire Extinguisher Technician

• Immediate opening for a fire extinguisher/fire protection technician performing inspection & maintenance on a variety of fire extinguisher types, as well as installation of new units.  Technicians also provide maintenance & repair of emergency lighting. 
• All necessary equipment, tools, and training are provided.
• Ability to communicate properly with customers, provide excellent customer service, and work efficiently from a service vehicle in a pre-arranged route. 
• This position is based at the corporate office in Westminster, MD, and serves our customers in Maryland & Pennsylvania.
• This position requires a level of organization, customer service, and the ability to work independently and as a team.

• Must be able to walk frequently and climb ladders occasionally
• Must be able to stretch, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent

• Salary range:  $18.00 - $21.00/hour depending on experience
• Increases based on performance and annual reviews
