Sr. Director, Wholesale Sales Location: Miami–Doral, FL (Hybrid) preferred; flexibility for exceptional experience Lead Strategic Growth and Scale for North America Wholesale Fuel Sales World Kinect is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive the growth and transformation of our North America wholesale fuel business. This is a high-impact executive role focused on building a scalable national platform, developing future leaders, and shaping long-term strategy. You will be at the forefront of market expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial innovation—delivering results that strengthen our team and position World Kinect for sustainable success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define and execute a national wholesale sales strategy focused on market expansion, profitability, and scalability. Executive Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Transformation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for structural improvements, digital enablement, and operational excellence to future-proof the wholesale business. Customer & Market Engagement: Build strategic relationships with key accounts and industry partners; champion cross-selling across World Kinect product lines. Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with senior leaders in Finance, Supply, Credit, Operations, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in wholesale fuel or related energy sectors. Proven success in scaling organizations and leading large, geographically dispersed teams. Strong executive presence, cultural alignment, and ability to influence at the highest levels. Demonstrated stability and commitment in prior leadership roles. Deep understanding of fuel pricing, risk management, and supply chain dynamics. Proficiency in CRM systems and forecasting tools.
