Join World Fuel’s Commercial Aviation group as a Commercial Operations & Sales Support Analyst and play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between contract and ad-hoc sales, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across multiple processes. You’ll work closely with Sales Executives, validate pricing and quotes, and manage tender processes—all while delivering exceptional support to both internal teams and customers. Onsite position - Miami - must live within 50 miles What You’ll Do Own the process: Support the full Tender Bid-to-Award cycle, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Be the go-to expert: Validate and track Standard & Non-Standard RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards. Drive efficiency: Manage daily transaction summaries, reporting needs, and mailbox distributions. Collaborate: Work with Sales Support and Shared Services teams on invoicing, pricing inquiries, and after-the-fact setups. Stay ahead: Monitor upcoming BSA expirations, extract reports, and follow through on system updates. Support ad-hoc sales: Handle fuel price quote requests and assist with fee change notifications. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Oracle systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills. Understanding of Commercial Aviation operations and end-to-end processes is a plus. Why Join World Fuel?
