Lubricants Logistics Support – Gibraltar World Fuel | Gib Oil Limited Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (maternity cover, expected to run until February 2028) Join a global leader in energy and logistics We are now looking for a Lubricants Logistics Support professional to join our team in Gibraltar. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting our lubricants operations across Gibraltar, Spain, and France. You will act as a key link between operations and finance, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate stock management, and effective forecasting across a Europe-wide supply model. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Finance for lubricants activities Partner with financial reporting and billing teams to ensure accurate processing Support demand forecasting and inventory planning Reconcile stock levels (system vs. physical inventory) and assist with month-end checks Investigate and resolve customer order queries Raise and manage purchase orders, verifying pricing and quantities Prepare delivery documentation to support daily operations Contribute to monthly reporting and performance tracking What We’re Looking For Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – essential French language skills – a strong advantage Experience in logistics, coordination, or high-volume operations, or a customer-facing role with strong organisational responsibilities Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Confident communicator with strong customer service skills A collaborative team player Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel (stock tracking, data analysis, reporting) Why Join World Fuel?
