What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing systems. Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and create knowledge articles for self-service. Onboard new employees with a seamless tech experience. Provide onsite support for conference rooms, printers, and other technical equipment. Collaborate with a global team to improve processes and share insights. What You’ll Bring 4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles. Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication and customer service skills. Expertise in Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Active Directory, Azure (Entra ID), and Office 365. Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems.
