About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software to enhance functionality and user satisfaction. Ultimately, your contributions will drive the successful delivery of innovative digital products that meet the evolving needs of our users and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with database systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Build and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions to support application functionality.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes to continuously improve the product and development workflow.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Preferred skills such as cloud platform knowledge and containerization empower you to deploy and manage applications efficiently in modern infrastructure environments, while automated testing and CI/CD practices help maintain high code quality and accelerate delivery.
