Essential Job Functions And Duties
- Set Up Marking - Stamping Equipment.
- Review WFI Job Orders Specification to set up marking manufactured parts.
- Get 1st article inspection done to assure part meet WFI requirement.
- Identify Marking Priorities based upon Sales Order Due Date or Hot Orders.
- Deburr and grind parts to eliminate sharp edges and any potentials scale
- Set up and operate manual mill and lathes to produce tensile and sharpy test pieces
- Maintain his/her area clean and organized
- Maintain Marking Equipment in good conditions
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE accordingly
