What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Dentist position at WFD?
We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Dentist who is passionate about providing excellent dental care in a supportive and professional environment.
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures, Invisalign, and cosmetic procedures.
- Develop treatment plans that balance patient health needs with affordability.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay current with dental best practices, technology, and continuing education.
- Adhere to all safety, sterilization, and compliance protocols.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active North Carolina dental license in good standing.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across a wide range of dental procedures.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- New graduates and experienced dentists are both encouraged to apply.

Projected Total Compensation: $145,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
