Job Summary:
WFD Landscaping, based in Wilmington, MA is seeking to fill a full-time crew member position. Pay starts at $22/hour with advancement opportunities and pay increases. Candidates must have a team-first mentality, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to perform outdoor physical labor. Previous landscaping experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools and equipment for landscaping tasks
- Conduct mowing and similar maintenance duties
- Complete landscape maintenance activities such as pruning and weeding
Qualifications:
- Team-first mentality
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone
- Clean driving record
- Capable of outdoor physical labor
- Prior experience with power tools and equipment preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Role:
- Full-time work with expected hours of 30-50 hours per week

Experience:
