What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
- Machine complex aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances
- Interpret advanced blueprints and GD&T callouts
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and machining parameters to maintain precision
- Perform in-process inspection and final quality validation
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups
- Collaborate with engineering and programming teams on process improvements
What You Bring
- 3 years CNC machining in precision or aerospace environments
- Strong experience with multi-axis machining
- Ability to confidently read blueprints GD&T
- Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi
- Strong inspection skills using precision measurement tools
- Detail-driven mindset with low tolerance for scrap or rework
