Coil Winder

The Coil Winder will be responsible for setting up and operating winding machines to produce electrical transformer coils and custom precision coils. This position requires attention to detail to ensure quality standards and safety compliance during night shift hours. The role involves troubleshooting equipment and collaborating with team members to maintain efficient workflow. Training on specific coil winding machines and software will be provided.

Shift: 2nd or 3rd

Responsibilities

• Set up coil winding machines according to specifications
• Wind electrical transformer and custom/precision coils accurately
• Inspect coils for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain safety compliance throughout the winding process
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years experience in coil winding
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of coil winding techniques
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints
• Understanding of safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills
