What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Technician position at WFA Staffing Group?
· Strong understanding of cable prints
· Build/assemble individual cable assemblies and kits
· Understand different forms of measurement
· Detailed soldering experience preferred
· Ensure safety compliance with all assembly/production equipment
· Communicate with engineering for production planning and lead times
· Material handling, including inspection, pulling parts, cable cutting, label printing, and awareness of counterfeit parts
· Organizational and time management skills are essential
· Knowledge of product shelf life
· Keeping the assembly/production area FOD free
· Knowledge of ISO and ASO standards
· Must be able to multitask
· Some experience in ERP systems. Microsoft knowledge is a plus
· Available to start in 1-2 weeks
