GENERAL KITCHEN WORKER 3Hrs/Day

General Summary:
- Packing Meals
- Pulling Inventory for Primary Schools
- Training to work / coverage for Primary schools
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
- End of day cleaning tasks such as sweeping, washing pans
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
- This requires physical mobility along with full understanding of sanitation practices.
- Training is provided.
- ServSafe Certification Required
- Knowledge of HACCP
Monday-Friday 9:00am - 1:15pm
