Weyerhaeuser is hiring for a Sales & Operations Administrator. This position will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and provide support to both the sales and operations team. The position will also have a customer facing component where you will engage with clients both over the phone and e-mail to assist with order or service inquiries. The position will be based in our Jacksonville, Florida distribution office and is considered an on-site role. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

- Manage data and systems for sales and operations using full suite of Microsoft Office programs and internal driving systems.
- Manage proof of delivery documents and paperwork for audit compliance
- Provide general administrative support to include processing mail, filing, printing, ordering of supplies, scheduling, and facilitating payment services.
- Use problem solving and professional phone acumen to solve customer complaints/issues.
- While performing these functions, the successful candidate will focus on building product knowledge and learning our customer base.
