Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $90,200-$162,700 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7-15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead production operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient mill performance while meeting daily and long-term business objectives.
- Model and reinforce Weyerhaeuser’s safety standards by living our core principles of integrity, fairness, and respect, and by maintaining a strong safety culture through visible leadership and open communication.
- Ensure full compliance with all Weyerhaeuser policies and applicable federal, state, and local safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operational schedules to optimize throughput, equipment uptime, and workforce utilization.
- Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical teams to support preventative maintenance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive sustainable process improvements.
- Lead daily production meetings and escalation discussions, ensuring timely resolution of safety, quality, personnel, and performance issues.
- Actively develop and coach supervisors and hourly associates; support training, skill certification, and succession planning to strengthen the production leadership pipeline.
- Build and sustain positive employee relations by proactively addressing concerns, maintaining accountability, and reinforcing consistent leadership expectations.
- Utilize data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, assess performance gaps, and drive fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support cost management initiatives by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and reinforcing disciplined operating practices.
- Serve as a key member of the mill leadership team, promoting collaboration, alignment, and continuous learning across departments.

- High School Diploma or GED required (higher education considered an asset).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- At least 3 year of leadership or supervisory experience, with demonstrated accountability for safety and operational results.
- Proven experience leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance in a production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
