We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Plymouth team! You will support the Plant Manager through a variety of tasks related to organizational projects, presentations and communications.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain excel spreadsheets
  • Effective communication through all communication channels
  • Support front office team activities
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Drafts organization-wide and department emails
  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Reply to inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist and/or generate reports
  • Manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Conduct data entry
  • Research and develop presentations when requested
  • Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and others as requested
  • Order office and laboratory supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures as requested
  • Book travel arrangements when requested
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Ability to adhere to standard timeline and escalate actions appropriately for resolution in a timely manner
  • Keeps manager informed of progress and communicates effectively with colleagues as necessary to achieve assigned tasks and goals
  • Performs job responsibilities as directed and completes tasks as assigned
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of administrative work experience OR an equivalent combination of education/work experience documented with attached resume
  • Ability to work and communicate with sensitive confidential information

What We Offer

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $50,120-$75,108 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Other benefit options are also available such as voluntary Long-Term Care and Employee Assistance Programs. Retirement: Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay (unless you are enrolled in the defined benefit pension plan).

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3 weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
