Members are experienced professionals currently leading complex revenue organizations, offering practical perspectives based on real-world operations. They engage in structured assessments to identify organizational risks, evaluate alignment, and enhance execution effectiveness, supporting the unique Executive Intelligence Platform (EIP) methodology. Membership is application-based and selectively extended to leaders with demonstrated leadership scope, operating expertise, and peer-endorsed credibility. The Consortium includes top-tier executives such as Chief Revenue Officers, Senior Vice Presidents of Revenue, and other commercial leaders.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN. As a Wexler Gray Consortium Member, you will conduct in-depth assessments of revenue and commercial organizations to generate actionable executive intelligence. Your role includes evaluating leadership practices, organizational alignment, forecasting accuracy, and coaching strategies. You will collaborate with private equity firms, investors, and executive teams to enhance commercial performance and identify improvement opportunities within complex revenue operations. This role relies on your experience and active leadership to provide critical insights for decision-makers.
- Proven expertise in sales leadership, commercial operations, or enterprise revenue management (e.g., CRO, CSO, SVP of Revenue).
- Strong ability to evaluate organizational alignment, leadership practices, and execution effectiveness.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with forecasting and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders and private equity partners.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured assessments and provide actionable insights.
