Job Title: Part-Time AND Full-Time Associates
Location: North Hills, PA
Reports To: Store Manager / Franchise Owner
JOB SUMMARY
We deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for shipment, printing, mailbox services, notary services, and other business-related tasks. Associates expertly advise customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options exhibiting confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
Our ideal candidate shows a willingness to learn, contribute to a team, and develop strong sales & customer service skills. We are looking for friendly, genuinely helpful teammates that maintain a professional appearance. He or she must make an effort to learn all aspects of the business while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Great listening skills
- Takes ownership of the customer's needs and offers viable solutions
- Active learner of product & service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices expertly and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service and retail experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written communication and phone skills
- Strong computer and typing skills; experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites is a plus
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Notary Public Commission (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
