Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Outdoor Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community outdoor spaces. This role involves light outdoor trash removal, litter pick-up in common areas and front yards, and daily light outdoor cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have a valid license and a strong work ethic to ensure our community remains tidy, safe, and welcoming. All properties are in the Lakewood NJ area and close to one another. Must have license!
Duties
- Perform light outdoor trash removal and garbage pick-up in community common areas and front yards.
- Conduct daily light cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces.
- Ensure all outdoor areas are free of debris, litter, and clutter to promote a safe environment.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently for outdoor maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during work activities.
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude while working in community spaces.
Skills
- Ability to perform light outdoor cleaning and trash removal tasks consistently.
- Valid license required for operating equipment or vehicles as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
