About The Role
The Senior TikTok Content Creator will define how WeTheHobby shows up on TikTok, turning streams, personalities, products, customers and behind-the-scenes moments into entertainment that reaches far beyond traditional collectors. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to make things, experiment constantly and build an audience.

About The Role
The Senior TikTok Content Creator will define how WeTheHobby shows up on TikTok, turning streams, personalities, products, customers and behind-the-scenes moments into entertainment that reaches far beyond traditional collectors. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to make things, experiment constantly and build an audience.
Position Expectations
- This is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week, with flexibility during major releases, card shows and priority projects.
- Remain primarily dedicated to the TikTok team and its content goals.
- Be comfortable producing content at live events, with the ability to travel when needed
- Manage multiple projects, content release schedules and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Create content that perform
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish TikToks
- Craft hooks that capture attention in the first 1-2 seconds
- Turn pulls, sports stories, reactions and live moments into compelling short-form entertainment
- Develop recurring series, challenges and original formats
- Build a viral content engine
- Spot standout moments across live streams
- Work with breakers, hosts, athletes, influencers, and customers
- Test hooks, pacing, captions, lengths, and calls to action
- Produce multiple high-quality videos daily
- Know TikTok deeply
- Track trends, creators, sounds, formats, and platform changes
- Understand retention, completion, rewatches, shares, saves, and audience behavior
- Study sports media, gaming, entertainment, streetwear, and creator-led brands.
- Build an audience, not just views
- Grow followers and returning viewers
- Establish recognizable personalities and content franchises
- Connect viewers to WTH live experiences without making every post an advertisement
- Own the creative process
- Pitch ideas relentlessly
- Experiment, learn quickly, challenge conventional hobby content, and take responsibility for results.
Required
- A portfolio of high-performing short-form content
- Demonstrated organic reach; strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Expertise in hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling; ability to shoot, edit, and publish independently
- Fluency in sports, entertainment, and internet culture.
- Growth of an account to 100K followers
- Multiple videos above 1 million organic views
- Experience with sports media, athletes, entertainment brands, live commerce, collectibles, gaming, or recurring viral series.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime. Occasional nights and weekends as applicable
- The salary range for this position is $63k-$77k
