SOME OF THE DUTIES OF A MANAGER INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Responsible for the day to day operation and profitability of your assigned location
- Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions
- Enforcing policies and procedures as determined by corporate management
- Controls cost by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, including minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation.
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to grow and develop community relations
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of previous restaurant management or related experience
- Working knowledge of Toast POS system is preferred
- Good math skills and hospitality management skills are strong ranking factors
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
