You will be conducting and performing the daily site operations at a brand new, state-of-the-art car wash. Duties:
- Customer Service - Not only are you the first person the customers meets when they drive through, but you are also the person who guides them - advising, selling, and even setting them up with new monthly memberships
- Effectively communicate the value of our service to customers, answer questions, and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process
- Store operations - operate car wash equipment and systems
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for yourself and other employees

Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and effective communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Perform many different tasks on the store premises
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Wet Rabbit
- Calculate sales and change quickly
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Provide feedback to the management team on the day to day operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
