WET is pushing the boundaries for manufacturing innovation. We are looking for an experienced Sr. CNC Machinist to produce and fabricate parts and components used for research and development in our world class manufacturing facility.
In this role, you will be taking drawings from our development engineers and building parts for testing and evaluation. Make a part from a complete drawing, solid models, or from a crude sketch coupled with verbal instructions from a design engineer. Use MasterCAM software to program quick-turn parts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Make parts from a complete drawing, or from a crude sketch coupled with verbal instructions from a design engineer
- Analyze a part and suggest changes that will make it easier to machine or otherwise create in production
- Be extremely comfortable in working with engineers and effectively listening to them, and as well advising them and making suggestions to them
- Be capable of set-ups and operate on both manual and CNC mills and lathes
- Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders to cut, bore, grind, or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes
- Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators
- Other typical machine shop tools welding, and soldering is a plus
- Work with a sense of urgency and have the ability and willingness to help each other win
