Wet Basement Solutions is a family-owned basement waterproofing company servicing homeowners across New Hampshire. We specialize in the installation of waterproofing systems, sump pumps, monitoring systems, interior french drains, interior foundation crack repairs, crawlspace encapsulations, foam board insulation, and dehumidification to combat leaks, flooding, moisture damage, mold development, musty smells, and more. We also specialize in providing excellent service to new and existing customers.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, hard-working Construction Laborer to join our team. This is a very physical position that requires strength, endurance, and a strong work ethic. If you’re someone who likes staying active, working with your hands, and learning skilled trades, this could be a great opportunity.We meet at our shop in Bradford, NH at 7:00 AM each weekday and typically finish around 3:30 PM.Job ResponsibilitiesDigging and moving dirt, stone, debris, and concreteConsistently lifting and carrying materials (80 lbs regularly)Carrying buckets of concrete, dirt, and stoneAssisting with installation of drainage and waterproofing systemsOperating and learning construction power toolsSupporting crew leaders with daily project tasksPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry 80 lbs of material consistentlyAbility to work in confined spaces such as basements and crawlspacesComfortable performing physically demanding labor for full workdaysAbility to work in varying weather conditionsQualificationsReliable transportation to our shop in Bradford, NH by 7:00 AMStrong work ethic and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and take directionConstruction experience is a plus but not requiredInterest in growing within the companyGrowth OpportunityWe are looking for individuals who not only meet the physical demands of the job but who may also want to grow with the company.
