Duties
- Coordinate staffing schedules for assisted living facilities, ensuring optimal coverage that meets resident care needs
- Lead recruitment initiatives through various channels including social media management, job boards, and campus recruitment events
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and alignment with company values
- Develop and implement employee orientation programs that foster engagement and retention from day one
- Maintain ongoing relationships with internal teams and external agencies to support talent management and succession planning efforts
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or executive recruiting within healthcare or assisted living environments
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, and payroll platforms such as Paychex or ADP
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including cold calling, lead generation, and research-based sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport through relationship management
- Experience in employee evaluation, employee relations, and training & development initiatives
- Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment marketing and brand building
