Job Summary
We are seeking a Recovery Experience Specialist to help deliver a high-end, hospitality-driven experience at Climate Change, our sauna and cold plunge concept focused on health, wellness, and recovery. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and elevated environment for every client—from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave—by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and premium space, and guiding guests through their recovery experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and takes pride in anticipating needs, making people feel welcomed, and upholding a luxury-level standard. Open Shifts:
Monday-Friday
6AM-1PM & 1PM-8PM
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14.0 – 35.0 per week
