We are a growing demolition and site work company specializing in residential and commercial demolition, excavation, land clearing, and site preparation. We are actively expanding and looking for a driven individual to help secure larger projects and build long-term client relationships.
Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who can actively find, pursue, and close demolition, excavation, and site work projects. This is not an office job — this role involves networking, visiting job sites, building relationships, and bringing in real work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure demolition, excavation, land clearing, and site prep projects
- Build relationships with general contractors, developers, investors, and municipalities
- Walk job sites and assist with project scoping and estimating
- Review bid opportunities and help prepare proposals
- Follow up on leads and close contracts
- Develop long-term business opportunities and repeat clients
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, excavation, demolition, or outside sales
- Strong understanding of site work and job costing (preferred)
- Ability to read plans or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or developers
- Experience bidding jobs or working with plans/specs
- Knowledge of local construction market
Compensation:
- Commission-based (percentage of each project secured)
