Westwind Orchard, a farm, cidery and trattoria is seeking a Tasting Room Manager to oversee tasting room and food service operations.
The manager works closely with the owner, chefs, and staff to ensure smooth operations, both front-of-house in the trattoria and in an office setting.
Schedule & Responsibilities:
- Thursday–Sunday: Front-of-house and trattoria operations
- Monday: Managing orders, organization and office work
- Tuesday–Wednesday: Off unless a private event or Holiday
- Oversee staff with multiple roles
- Ensure smooth operations across all enterprises
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with creative problem-solving and daily organization
Requirements:
- Management experience in a service-related field
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Physically able to move quickly and stand for long periods
Salary: $1,250 per week depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, 5 days/week
